OMEI at international conference IWCMC 2025

From May 12 to 16, 2025, some project members had the opportunity to attend the 21st International Wireless Communications & Mobile Computing Conference, held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where they presented the latest progress of the OMEI project. 

During the conference, Dr. Wiem Fekih Hassen gave a lecture entitled “Intelligent Power Management for Hybrid Energy Storage Clusters in EV Charging Stations". Her talk focused on intelligent energy management systems that use deep reinforcement learning to optimize hybrid energy storage clusters in EV charging infrastructures. The talk was part of the session on energy systems and was well received by international researchers and industry professionals. This participation was supported as part of the OMEI project as it aims to promote international visibility and collaboration in cutting-edge research areas.
